Payment & Subscription Policies

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Plan: $14.99/month, billed monthly
  • Annual Plan: $119.00/year, billed annually (save $61/year)
  • All subscriptions include unlimited likes, matches, and messaging

Free Trial

  • New users receive a 3-day free trial
  • Full access to all features during trial period
  • No credit card required for trial
  • One trial per user

Payment Methods

  • We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards
  • All payments are processed securely
  • Payment information is never stored on our servers
  • We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL)

Billing & Renewals

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You will be charged at the start of each billing period
  • Renewal charges appear as "Feevr" on your statement
  • You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime - no cancellation fees
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused time
  • Cancelled subscriptions cannot be reactivated at the same price if pricing changes

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final - no refunds for digital services
  • Exceptions may be made for billing errors or technical issues
  • Contact hello@feevr.io for refund requests
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of charge

Account Moderation & Banning

Warning System

  • Users receive warnings for policy violations
  • Warnings are tracked and visible to admins
  • Multiple warnings may lead to suspension or ban
  • Warning reasons are documented in your account

Suspension

  • Temporary suspension (1-30 days) for serious violations
  • Access is blocked during suspension period
  • Subscription continues but features are locked
  • Automatic unsuspension when period expires
  • You will be notified of suspension and reason

Permanent Ban

  • Issued for severe or repeated violations
  • Account is permanently disabled
  • All matches, messages, and data are removed
  • No refunds for active subscriptions
  • Creating new accounts after a ban is prohibited

Bannable Offenses

  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Sharing explicit content without consent
  • Soliciting money or promoting services
  • Impersonation or catfishing
  • Spam or commercial promotion
  • Using fake photos or false information
  • Being under 18 years old

Appeals

  • You may appeal bans or suspensions via hello@feevr.io
  • Include your account email and reason for appeal
  • Appeals are reviewed within 5-7 business days
  • Admin decisions are final

Reporting & Safety

How to Report

  • Use the "Report" button on any user's profile
  • Select the appropriate reason for your report
  • Provide details about the violation
  • Reports are reviewed by our moderation team

What to Report

  • Inappropriate messages or behavior
  • Fake profiles or catfishing
  • Harassment or threats
  • Explicit or offensive content
  • Spam or scams
  • Underage users
  • Any safety concerns

Report Review Process

  • All reports are reviewed by admin within 24-48 hours
  • Urgent safety reports are prioritized
  • Action is taken based on severity and evidence
  • Reporters are kept anonymous
  • False reports may result in penalties

Your Safety

  • Never share personal information (address, phone, financial info)
  • Meet in public places for first dates
  • Tell a friend where you're going
  • Trust your instincts - block/report if uncomfortable
  • Report any suspicious behavior immediately

Emergency Situations

  • If you are in immediate danger, call 911 (US) or local emergency services
  • For urgent threats, email hello@feevr.io with "URGENT" in subject
  • We cooperate with law enforcement when required

Content & Behavior Guidelines

Profile Requirements

  • Use real, recent photos of yourself (within 2 years)
  • No group photos as your primary photo
  • Photos must show your face clearly
  • No children in photos (even if they're yours)
  • No explicit or suggestive content
  • Provide accurate information about yourself

Messaging Guidelines

  • Be respectful and courteous
  • No unsolicited explicit content
  • No harassment or repeated unwanted messages
  • Respect when someone isn't interested
  • No spam or promotional content

Prohibited Activities

  • Selling or promoting products/services
  • Soliciting money or donations
  • Sharing external links (except verified social media)
  • Bot accounts or automation
  • Account sharing
  • Scraping or data collection

Privacy & Data

Your Data

  • We collect only necessary information for the app to function
  • Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers
  • We never sell your data to third parties

Your Rights (GDPR)

  • Request a copy of your data
  • Request data deletion (account deletion)
  • Opt-out of marketing emails
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Export your data in portable format

Account Deletion

  • Delete your account anytime: open the app → go to your Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account
  • If you cannot access the app, email hello@feevr.io with subject Account Deletion Request
  • All data is permanently removed within 30 days
  • Matches and messages are deleted
  • Subscriptions are cancelled (no refunds)
  • Deletion cannot be undone

Beta Program

Feevr is currently in BETA. This means:

  • Features may change or be added/removed
  • You may encounter bugs or issues
  • Performance may vary
  • We appreciate your feedback and patience
